cl-modlisp software package provides Common Lisp interface to the Apache mod-lisp module, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-modlisp
cl-modlisp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-modlisp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-modlisp *
You will get with cl-modlisp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
